Increase productivity by squashing stress at work

More and more companies are starting to implement wellness programs in the workplace. Seeing that we spend on average at least 40 hours a week at our job, I think this is a great idea. If you ask people why they don’t stick to their wellness regiment, the answer is usually this, “I do not have enough time, by the time I leave work im exhausted, and I still have to make the kids (husband, wife, dog, etc.) dinner.”

Eventually, this cycle creates stress on our bodies, both physically and mentally. Our bodies need to move and stretch in some way or another every single day,
